Basketball Recap: Vaux Big Picture Takes a Loss

Vaux Big Picture played a tough match on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against High School of the Future, falling 54-32. Vaux Big Picture's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead High School of the Future to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kareem Chappelle, who posted 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrian Gray, who put up 14 points.

Vaux Big Picture's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for High School of the Future, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

Vaux Big Picture will host Kensington at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for High School of the Future, they will venture away from home to square off against Parkway Center City at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
