Baseball Game Preview: Hempfield Area Spartans vs. Woodland Hills Wolverines

For the second straight game, Hempfield Area will face off against Woodland Hills. The Spartans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wolverines at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Hempfield Area's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Woodland Hills with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Wolverines recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Evan Dunlap, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Colin Polechko, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
