Friendship Christian proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Goodpasture Christian Cougars. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Commanders have posted since April 16, 2024.

Friendship Christian's record is now 20-9. As for Goodpasture Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
