Kade Landry gave up the fewest hits he has since back in February on Friday. Giddings had no answer to Landry as he pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Landry has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one hit in six consecutive appearances.

Even though Landry couldn't lead Lampasas over Giddings, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Landry's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Badgers' four-game streak of wins on the road.
