Basketball Game Preview: Hardin Hornets vs. Kountze Lions

The Hardin Hornets will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Kountze Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hardin is looking for their season's first victory.

Hardin is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 52-42 to Spurger last Friday.

Meanwhile, Kountze blew past Hardin-Jefferson, posting a 97-58 win. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 29 points or more this season.

Kountze is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.4 points. As for Hardin, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Hardin took a serious blow against Kountze in their previous matchup back in January, falling 115-33. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Hardin was down 69-12.
