Volleyball Recap: Austin's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

With a playoff win on the line, Austin rose to the challenge on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Brown County. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Austin as it put an end to their five-match losing streak.

Austin's win bumped their record up to 11-18. As for Brown County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.

Austin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against South Ripley on the 18th. Brown County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
