Volleyball Recap: McMullen County Victorious

McMullen County picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They skirted past the Edinburg Bobcats 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cowboys.

When it comes to explaining why Edinburg lost, don't look at Ellie Garza. Despite the final result, she had 20 digs and two assists.

McMullen County's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Edinburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8.

Coming up, McMullen County will be playing in front of their home fans against Kenedy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Edinburg, they will head out to square off against Vela at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
