Volleyball Game Preview: Yoncalla Eagles vs. Prospect Cougars

The Yoncalla Eagles are taking a road trip to square off against the Prospect Cougars at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Yoncalla is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Yoncalla lost 3-0 to Elkton on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Prospect hadn't done well against Chiloquin recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Cougars put the hurt on the Panthers/Queens with a sharp 3-0 win.

Prospect's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Yoncalla, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Yoncalla came out on top in a nail-biter against Prospect in their previous matchup last Monday, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
