Soccer Recap: New Holstein Comes Up Short

New Holstein lost against Winnebago Lutheran Academy back in August of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Huskies lost 4-1 to the Vikings. New Holstein have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Garrett Schleis, who's now up to four this season.

New Holstein's loss dropped their record down to 4-12-2. As for Winnebago Lutheran Academy, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-7-1.

New Holstein has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Kewaunee on the 16th. As for Winnebago Lutheran Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-1 win against Mayville on the 14th.
