Volleyball Recap: Berkeley Yellowjackets vs. Castro Valley Trojans
After flying high against Piedmont last Tuesday, Berkeley came back down to earth. The Yellowjackets came up short against the Castro Valley Trojans on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Yellowjackets have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.
While Berkeley ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19, 25-17.
Satchel Room paced Berkeley's offense, picking up ten kills. Room got some help from Sebastian Chen-McDermott and his 17 assists.
