Volleyball Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Waterloo managed to slip by Lowellville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Rockets on Tuesday. The Vikings' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

While Waterloo was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-20, 25-18.

Izzy McKenna paced Waterloo's offense, picking up eight kills. McKenna got some help from Brilyn Eddy and her 12 assists. Delaney Miller controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Waterloo's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Lowellville, their victory bumped their record up to 3-12.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Waterloo is set to challenge their familiar foe Jackson-Milton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lowellville will take on rival Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
