Waukee came tearing into Saturday's match with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pella Dutch. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

Waukee's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Pella, they dropped their record down to 10-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Waukee will host Southeast Polk at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pella, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Lincoln on the 13th.
