Football Recap: Immaculata Spartans vs. Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds

Immaculata had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They enjoyed a cozy 45-30 win over the Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Daysir Spille was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 199 yards and six scores while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 77-yard run. Another rusher making a difference was Nic Stokes, who gained 119 total yards.
