Softball Recap: Palmyra-Eagle Takes a Loss

Palmyra-Eagle managed to slip by Clinton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Cougars on Friday, falling 12-1. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Palmyra-Eagle saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Teagan Koutsky, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Palmyra-Eagle's defeat dropped their record down to 11-18. As for Clinton, they pushed their record up to 16-9 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Palmyra-Eagle has already played their next game (against Hilbert), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Clinton also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Marshall.
