Trinity Christian triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Carter Jordan

Recap: Trinity Christian Tigers vs. Greenville Christian Academy Knights

There's no place like home for the Trinity Christian Tigers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 48-37 win over Greenville Christian Academy on Thursday. That's another feather in the cap for Trinity Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

It was another big night for Carter Jordan, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. The matchup was his 16th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Anderson, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Matthew Dove, who scored 14 points. Dove scored a full 37.8% of Greenville Christian Academy's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Connor Dial was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with 15 rebounds.

Trinity Christian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6. As for Greenville Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6.
