Soccer Game Preview: Freedom vs. Osbourn

Freedom hasn't had much luck against Osbourn recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Freedom will welcome Osbourn at 7:15 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Freedom fell victim to Battlefield and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 3-0 to the Bobcats. While losing is never fun, Freedom can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 207th, while Battlefield are ranked 46th).

Meanwhile, Osbourn also failed to score in their most recent game. They fell 2-0 to Battlefield on Monday. Osbourn have struggled against Battlefield recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

This is the second loss in a row for Freedom and nudges their season record down to 3-6. As for Osbourn, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7-1.
