It was a good run, but Sissonville unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Hurricane Redskins by a score of 4-3. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Redskins from their previous meeting back in May of 2022.

Sissonville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Jarrett, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Sissonville's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Hurricane, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.

Sissonville will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Spring Valley at 6:00 p.m. As for Hurricane, they will head out to square off against Ripley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Redskins' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
