Football Game Preview: Field Kindley vs. Mulvane

On Friday Field Kindley take on Mulvane at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close contest.

Field Kindley had a rough outing against Labette County two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Field Kindley took the game and then some with a 62-13 victory last Friday over Independence. Senior Jaylen Logan was the offensive standout of the match for Field Kindley, as he rushed for 225 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Mulvane had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 39-29 win over Buhler.

Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 2-2. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
