Preview: Brinkley vs. Carlisle
After two weeks on the road, Brinkley is heading back home. They will square off against Carlisle at 7:00 PM on Friday. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
Brinkley have had to suffer through a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took the matchup and then some with a 50-14 win over Marvell last Friday. That looming 36-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Brinkley yet.
Meanwhile, Carlisle might be getting used to good results now that the squad has three wins in a row. They made easy work of Clarendon and carried off a 32-0 victory. The rankings were on Carlisle's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
