Soccer Recap: Charlottesville Takes a Loss

Charlottesville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Orange County Fighting Hornets. That's two games in a row now that Charlottesville have lost by exactly two goals.

Charlottesville now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Orange County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season.

Charlottesville will welcome Fluvanna County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orange County, they will take on Albemarle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Albemarle will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Orange County surely won't give up without a fight.
