Volleyball Game Preview: Tift County Blue Devils vs. Crisp County Cougars + How To Watch

The Tift County Blue Devils will face off against the Crisp County Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Tift County didn't have quite enough to beat Lowndes and fell 2-1. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Tift County sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 23-25, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Crisp County had to endure a nine-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Brooks County by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday.

While Crisp County won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22.

Crisp County's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Tift County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-18.

Tift County took their win against Crisp County when the teams last played back in October of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Blue Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
