Baseball Recap: Durfee Comes Up Short

Durfee fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Bishop Feehan on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Shamrocks by a score of 3-2. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Hilltoppers couldn't push the score so high this time.

The defeat snapped Durfee's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record. As for Bishop Feehan, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
