Volleyball Recap: Tuscaloosa County Takes a Loss

Tuscaloosa County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

Tuscaloosa County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for John Carroll Catholic, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Tuscaloosa County will take on Auburn in a tournament on Saturday. As for John Carroll Catholic, they will challenge Helena at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
