Basketball Recap: Christian Academy Victorious

Christian Academy won the last time they faced Cathedral Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Christian Academy Saints managed a 65-61 win over the Cathedral Academy Generals.

Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Cathedral Academy, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-3.

Christian Academy will host Carolina Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Cathedral Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Northwood Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cathedral Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 games -- so hopefully Northwood Academy likes a good challenge.
