Tahlia Smith posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
