Folsom extended the longest winning streak in Delta River this week by beating Ponderosa, 42-25. The victory was the ninth in a row for the team.

Folsom's dynamic duo of Jake Browning and Lucas Owan proved tough for the Bruins to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Browning threw for 393 yards and four touchdowns and Owan had 212 yards receiving. Troy Knox helped Folsom's passing attack out by catching seven balls for 82 yards.

Blake Martin was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 115 yards on 15 carries as Oak Ridge beat Ponderosa. Teammate Josh Wellman added to the ground attack by rushing for 60 yards.

The Bulldogs' Browning and Owan have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Browning has thrown for 3438 yards this season, while Owan, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 53 catches for 887 yards. Pleasant Grove's Isaiah Saunders leads the league in rushing yards with 1136.

Sheldon's Curtis Juniel needs only 80 yards against Jason Tenner's team next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Juniel has rushed for 920 yards on 169 carries so far this year.

A big matchup in Delta River this week will be when Folsom takes on the Eagles. At the moment, the Bulldogs are in first, while Pleasant Grove is in third.

Folsom led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on the Bruins. Browning ran for five yards in the win.
