Baseball Recap: Waterville Comes Up Short

Waterville fell victim to Nokomis and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 8-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Waterville has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Nokomis, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.
