Volleyball Recap: Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Takes a Loss

Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Vaughn White Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the White Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 10th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-8, 25-8.

Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences' record now sits at 0-9. As for Vaughn, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will face off against rival Sherman Oaks CES at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Vaughn is set to square off against their familiar foe Northridge Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
