Volleyball Recap: Logan Grizzlies vs. Sky View Bobcats
Logan lost against Sky View back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Logan Grizzlies came up short against the Sky View Bobcats, falling 3-0. The Grizzlies just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.
Logan was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Sky View work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-22, 25-15.
Sky View got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Reese Seeley out in front who had 11 digs. Seeley is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in the last three games she's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brynn Spackman, who had nine digs and two aces.
Logan's record is now 6-19. As for Sky View, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-15 record this season.
Logan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. After both having extra time off, Sky View and Ridgeline will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sky View will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
