You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Westlake on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Del Valle Cardinals out of the water with an 82-31 final score. The Chaparrals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Del Valle's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sa?Marrea Nunez, who posted eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamya Tisdale, who earned seven points and six rebounds.
