Franklin waltzed into their match on Monday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They blew past the Milford Scarlet Hawks 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Franklin never let Milford on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-23.

Makayla Kuykendall paced Franklin's offense, picking up 17 kills. Kuykendall got some help from Phoebe O'Connor and her 40 assists.

When it comes to explaining why Milford lost, don't look at Isabella Grady-Harper. Despite the final result, she had seven digs and two assists.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Milford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-14.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Franklin will take on rival Sharon at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Milford is set to face off against their familiar foe Taunton at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
