Basketball Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 48-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Anamosa Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-46 back in January.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Anamosa, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-10.

Northeast wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-42 defeat against Bellevue on the 15th. As for Anamosa, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-44 loss against Tipton on the 15th.
