Basketball Recap: Central Has No Trouble Against Bristow

Central's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Bristow Pirates as the Central Braves made off with a 72-51 victory. That looming 72-51 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Braves yet this season.

When it comes to explaining why Bristow lost, don't look at Tayt Jackson. Despite the final result, he went 9 of 19 en route to 25 points. With that strong performance, Jackson is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game. Another player making a difference was Will Remington, who posted seven points.

With the win, Central broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-8. As for Bristow, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
