Softball Recap: Andover's Win on Sunday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Andover proved they can win big last Monday (they won by eight) and on Sunday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over the Wellesley Raiders. The victory was familiar territory for the Golden Warriors, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Andover pushed their record up to 16-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Wellesley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.

Andover will have a chance to go back-to-back against Wellesley: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Monday.
