Baseball Recap: South Haven Christian Comes Up Short at Home Against Christian Community

South Haven Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-0 to the Christian Community Colts on Monday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

South Haven Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aaron Taylor, who went 1-for-2 with one triple.

Christian Community now has a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Haven Christian will face off against Pleasant View Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Christian Community, they will challenge Jo Byrns at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Christian Community is facing Jo Byrns at the right time seeing as Jo Byrns is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
