Basketball Recap: Menomonee Falls Has No Trouble Against Pinole Valley

While Menomonee Falls didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took down the Pinole Valley Spartans 74-57 on Monday. That 17 point margin sets a new team best for the Phoenix this season.

When it comes to explaining why Pinole Valley lost, don't look at Ahmari Otis. Despite the final result, he posted 25 points. Amar Tudinovic was another key player, putting up 11 points and eight rebounds.

Menomonee Falls' victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pinole Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Menomonee Falls will venture away from home to face off against Marquette University at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Pinole Valley, they are taking a road trip to take on Acalanes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
