Volleyball Recap: South Decatur Takes a Loss

South Decatur was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Whiteland Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

South Decatur's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Whiteland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12.

South Decatur wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Greenfield-Central on the 27th. As for Whiteland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lapel on the 27th.
