After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sutter, Douglas was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They claimed a resounding 45-0 win over the North Valleys Panthers. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Keston Sadabseng threw for 33 yards on four of eight attempts. On the ground, Zachary Jackson rushed for 300 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries.

Douglas' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for North Valleys, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Douglas and North Valleys will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Tigers see the field they'll take on Damonte Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for North Valleys, their break will end when they face Carson at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
