Basketball Recap: Ingomar's Undefeated Season over After Three Games + How To Watch

It was a Battle of the Birds when Ingomar challenged West Union on Friday. The Falcons lost to the Eagles on the road by a 59-40 margin. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

West Union got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jon Grey Morrission out in front who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Mack Wallis, who posted six points and 13 boards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Ingomar fell to 2-1. As for West Union, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Ingomar will take on Hickory Flat in a tournament on Thursday. As for West Union, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 47-31 victory against South Pontotoc on the 8th.
