Casa Grande's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kendale Cade led the charge by rushing for 60 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 56 receiving yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave him a new career- in rushing yards. Another player making a difference was Aveon Williams, who picked up 203 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Paradise Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Casa Grande, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
