Baseball Recap: North's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

While North's victory against Como Park wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Polars skirted past the Cougars 4-3. The win was some much needed relief for the Polars as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

North picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-11. As for Como Park, they moved to 5-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, North will be playing at home against Mahtomedi at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Como Park, they are taking a road trip to challenge Mounds Park Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
