Volleyball Recap: Homestead Takes a Loss

The Homestead Broncos lost 3-0 to the North Miami Pioneers on Thursday. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: North Miami scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20, 25-17.

Homestead's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for North Miami, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Coming up, Homestead will take on Sunset at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Homestead is facing Sunset at the right time seeing as Sunset is stuck on a six-game losing streak. North Miami will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Killian at 4:00 p.m. on April 1st. The timing isn't great for Killian: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while North Miami has snatched up six consecutive wins on the road dating back to last season.
