Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Royalton). They came out on top against the Revere Minutemen by a score of 56-47 on Saturday. For the Bears, this counts as revenge for the 38-30 win the Minutemen walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2021.

North Royalton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Vittoria Grotto, who went 5 of 12 en route to 12 points along with six boards and six steals. Those six steals gave Grotto a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sophia Kraus, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.

North Royalton's win bumped their record up to 3-17. As for Revere, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Coming up, North Royalton will square off against Cleveland Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Cleveland Central Catholic will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something North Royalton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Revere, they will face off against Padua Franciscan at 7:00 p.m. on February 15th.
