 The Lincoln Northwest Falcons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Monday after their 17th straight  defeat. They had to suffer through a rough  73-41 loss at the hands of York. Lincoln Northwest was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  46-19.
 York's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Chloe Koch led the charge by  scoring 11 points along with two  steals. Koch hasn't dropped below two  steals for five straight games. Another player making a difference was  Lainey Portwine, who  scored ten points along with six  rebounds.
 Lincoln Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for York,  the  victory  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 11-12.
 Lincoln Northwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for York, they won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Seward at 6:00  p.m.  on February 20th. York has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
