Grand Ledge's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Haslett by a score of 3-0. The Comets haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Okemos got the win against DeWitt on Thursday by a conclusive 14-4. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won six matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
