Basketball Recap: Cimarron-Memorial Wins Going Away Against Palo Verde

Cimarron-Memorial entered their tilt with Palo Verde on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They strolled past the Palo Verde Panthers with points to spare, taking the game 66-49. That 17 point margin sets a new team best for the Spartans this season.

Cimarron-Memorial's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gerald Patterson, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten boards. The matchup was Patterson's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniel Brown, who went 9 of 13 on his way to 21 points and seven boards.
