The home team had come away the winner the last five times Seymour and Shawano Community had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Thunder put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 33-13 victory on Friday. The game was the first time the Thunder have beaten the Hawks on their field since September 15, 2017.

Seymour now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Shawano Community, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Seymour is set to take on their familiar foe Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Shawano Community will challenge rival New London at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
