Soccer Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

If Skyline was feeling good fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Mountain Pointe back in December of 2025, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Coyotes came up short against the Desert Ridge Jaguars on Wednesday, falling 5-0. Considering the last time Skyline couldn't score was back in December of 2025, the team can't take the result too hard.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Desert Ridge, they moved to 4-3 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyline will face off against Cesar Chavez at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Desert Ridge, they will take on South Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
