Softball Recap: Northpoint Christian Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Northpoint Christian lost against Lewisburg back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Northpoint Christian fell just short of Lewisburg by a score of 6-5.

Northpoint Christian saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Morgan Bennett, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Those two hits gave Bennett a new career-high.

Northpoint Christian's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 8-3. As for Lewisburg, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
