Soccer Game Preview: Bel Air vs. El Dorado

The Bel Air Highlanders will venture away from home to face off against the El Dorado Aztecs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bel Air is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Bel Air's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Del Valle. Given Bel Air's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked seventh, while Del Valle are ranked 419th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Isaac Aguilar and Oliver Munoz scored both of Bel Air's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for El Dorado's offense. They fell 2-0 to Americas on Tuesday. El Dorado have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

El Dorado's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Bel Air, their win bumped their record up to 10-0-2.

Bel Air got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in February of 2025 against El Dorado by a conclusive 4-0 score. Will the Highlanders repeat their success, or do the Aztecs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
